CANCELLATION/REFUNDS
In the event that the client cancels the class, the client will be responsible for cancellation damages as outlined below:
- Cancellation over one month prior to event = 0% fee of total invoice. Client to pay for any travel and per diem incurred.
- Cancellation five days up to 1 month prior to event = 25% fee of total invoice
- Cancellation three to five days prior to event = 50% fee of total invoice
- Cancellation 72 hours or less of event = 100% fee of total invoice
