What is your policy for the cancellation of onsite specific courses?

In the event that the client cancels the class, the client will be responsible for cancellation damages as outlined below:

  • Cancellation over 3 months prior to event = 0% fee of total invoice
  • Cancellation 1 – 3 months prior to event = 10% fee of total invoice
  • Cancellation seven days up to 1 month prior to event = 25% fee of total invoice
  • Cancellation less than seven days prior to event = 75% fee of total invoice
  • Cancellation within 72 hours of event = 100% fee of total invoice
