The Credential Verification Service (CVS) provides construction companies with an online service that allows immediate access to all safety and training records, from the jobsite, using any phone or tablet. A unique QR code is printed on durable PVC ID badges, or on hardhat labels, which when scanned gives easy access to all worker qualifications to verify aptitude for a job. The system allows validation of an individual’s identity and access to additional information such as emergency medical data in case of a worksite incident. All records are up to date, eliminating the need to re-issue a wallet card after each new course.
The CVS service gives foremen and inspectors the ability to view a digital image of each original certificate and credential. These safety records are stored in a secure cloud-based database, allowing significant operational improvements over traditional methods of tracking training records, at a very low monthly fee. The InstantCard service can be used to print professional ID cards, if cards or labels cannot be printed by the employer. Data is imported via spreadsheet or automatically synced with an LMS using APIs. Since the CVS service does not require an app to be downloaded, it can be used by any occasional user.
