What happens if I miss my recertification date?

If you miss your recertification date, you have thirty (30) days after your expiration date to renew your certificate online by making the recertification payment and completing the recertification test. If your recertification is more than thirty (30) days past your expiration date, additional recertification fees will be assessed and you will need to contact [email protected] or call 1-800-922-2219 to process your renewal payment. If you are more than one year past due on renewal, you will need to retake the course at the standard tuition rate.
