Safety Management Group is seeking an HSE Advisor in Exton, PA.

Overview of Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, insight, and recommendations for improvement from an HSE perspective
  • Help drive initiatives, take ownership, and set target dates with program enhancements
  • Provide management systems oversight to the HSE program/policy
  • Make formal recommendations for program improvements
  • Meeting with management and key stakeholders on a scheduled and/or as-needed basis
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead the HSE GMP program and progress on the driven initiatives
  • Develop and maintain HSE program development and HSE metrics

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of EHS experience
  • Previous GMP experience
  • Previous Risk Management experience
  • EHS Program Development
  • Management System Oversight
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Effective presentation and communication skills

Physical Demands of the job may include:

  • Moving about long distances
  • Ascending/Descending stairs and ladders
  • Remaining in a stationary position for a prolonged period
  • Working in extreme weather
  • Being exposed to loud noises
  • Wearing personal protective gear correctly
