Understanding how different generations communicate is a great tool to use when conveying safety-related training, memos, and important updates.

You can, and should, provide multiple communication channels for your employee base. Options can include: Video conferencing, Standard conference calls, Written memos or emails, Social Media outlets, and Collaborative tools such as Google Hangouts.

While you want to give your employees options, expectations should be set for when and where different communication styles are appropriate.
